This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. So, I've transformed this chat into a support ticket because you may still need our help.

I'm consulting our second-tier supporters about this issue. I'll show them the console errors and ask if they can tell anything from them.

If this will not help, please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All-in-One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.

I have a reply from our second-tier supporter, nd we want to find out more details from you, please.

1. You wrote: "Ok - I had this issue with all blog-posts that I translated! Manual / automated. Featured Image was always broken in Translated Version"

I can only see this problem now with the 'test' post. In all the other posts, we can see that the featured image is copied over to the translation.

1A. Can you please tell us how you have fixed it on the other posts?

1B. The 'test' post is in draft status.
Do you currently have this problem with one of the published posts?

1C. Do you allow us to publish (temporarily) the 'test' post and see what happens?

2. If needed, please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All-in-One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.

to give feedback to your questions:
1A) I fixed it by opening each post, go to featured image section, upload my picture and set it
As the number wasnt high, I did this manually
1B) I created this as a test before go-live, for the others i fixed it manually
1C) I tried this already, when publishing it will show as white blank (no image) - tested already

2. Whats the goal for this? As I said, we are very close to go-live and I dont want to break anything, as everything was optimized.

Hello there,

Itamar is on vacation so I am taking care of this ticket further.

Whats the goal for this? As I said, we are very close to go-live and I dont want to break anything, as everything was optimized.

Based on our observations so far, it’s been challenging to determine the exact cause of the issue. To investigate further, we’d like to create a local copy of your site, which will allow us to safely test plugin and theme configurations without affecting the live environment.

If you’re not comfortable installing a plugin, you can instead share a backup of your wp-content folder along with your database through your hosting service. Simply zip the files and share them with me via Google Drive. With these, I’ll be able to set up a local copy and examine the problem more closely.

Please let me know if this works for you.

I fully understand. As my space is a bit limited right now, give me some time to upgrade my hosting and then i can even create a full clone on my site / staging site aswell.

I have enabled the private reply for you. Instead of the staging site can you provide us wp-content and database backup instead so we can replicate your site on our localhost and test the issue forward?

Ok, I fixed it on Production.
What I did was in Troubleshooting the steps:
Cache in WPML löschen

Geisteinträge aus den Übersetzungstabellen entfernen
