On some pages of my website, some content is still not translated and I don't know why. Since I have limited technical skills (that's why I bought your service).

There is still some French which appears (find attached the section I am talking about)
2. On the widget called "Halstein Side are opener", I don't see any contents translated.
Attached I describe the process (on the last two screenshots) : I click on the cross on the right side of the "English" but it is still in French.
3. It should have a popup in English which appears when we switch to English langage, but it is not. The name of the popup in the backoffice should be "I Agree! Popups". This is the same popup which appears in French when you connect the website (but it should be in English when we choose "English langage")
I visited your site but I see at the moment that all contents on the page are translated to English fine and also there is no popup in both English and French version.
Were you able to solve the issue already? If not, please recreate one of the issues so that we can focus on that issue, and let me know the exact details/process to see the issue on the site.

We still have the issue on the career page, you can find attached (it is the step when the user needs to upload his application).
Regarding the pop-up here attached is the popup that doesn't show in English (with the plugin we use, I mentioned in the previous message).
And the widget called "Halstein Side are opener", doesn't have any contents translated, as I mentioned earlier.
Thank you for the updates. To check the issue further, I would need to take a closer look at your site. So would you please mind sharing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site? Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
I have enabled a private reply for you to share the credentials securely, which means only you and I have access to it.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site first to avoid data loss.
✙ I would additionally need your permission to make a copy of the site with plugins like Duplicator and deploy it on my local machine to test the issue further.
- Regarding the issue with Careers page ( hidden link ) I see the form is fine now.
- For "Halstein Side are opener" popup, I translated the String for the widget from WPML -> String Translation and the widget seems to work fine for English as well now.
- For Popup, I enabled the popup settings in English page as well and it works fine now.

Thank you for confirming other issues are solved now.
Regarding the File Upload texts, I checked it further and it seems to be coming from Browser and not the site. The texts will also be shown based on the user browser language for example I only see the file texts in English as "Upload file" and "No file chosen" but you seem to see those texts in French. If the text would come from Elementor we could translate it with WPML but in this case, the text is set by the browser.
In this case, I recommend you contact Elementor and see if you can see if you could set those texts from Elementor itself and not use the default browser texts if you absolutely need them to translate as per the site language. However, it should be fine as the texts will show based on what language the user browser is set to.
