Thanks for that, I've been working on your site looking into the problem.
I've identified what appears to be a problem with the packages sent to translation for the page that includes the French headline text which isn't appearing as translated in the other languages, but I need to consult with my colleagues about what the cause may be.
I've submitted a question, I'll report back to you tomorrow when I have a reply from them.
The text which is still being shown in French is from a GenerateBlocks Headline block.
Checking the translation files (the XLIFF files) for the page we are discussing, I see that a lot of the content from the Headline blocks is duplicated, the original appears, but also the text extracted from the block is also included, so the "same" text needs translating twice. It could possibly also explain why there are some problems displaying the translated text on the site front end.
In any case, from my tests with the GenerateBlocks Headline block on my own local test site the Custom XML is not required.
I'm not sure why my colleague proposed it (the support thread is long and mixes various issues in the same ticket, making it hard to follow).
So, I will remove it, and re-translate the page in question to see what happens.
I'm sorry you may have been given the wrong advice. When we get to the end of the process of making sure your site is working correctly I will review what happened with the translation credits and can issue you with new credits if that seems appropriate.
Recall, it is this page I have been investigating: hidden link
I deleted the Custom XML, re-saved that page (the French original), and then updated the translations to English and Thai. (All of the translated texts were already available in the translation editor from previous translations, I just marked the translations as complete.)
Both the English and Thai versions look like they are working correctly.
Could you please confirm?
And very that other pages appear to be working as expected?
yes, it seems to be ok, but I wait tomorrow, I touch nothing, and I will see if the front page stay in good language or change to french language again.
I see in this page : hidden link
the link to shop come back in french link
same for this page : hidden link
Hi,
I'm glad to have discovered what triggers unwanted page translation.
Just open the translation page (without doing anything) and close it without saving
I save what I did today in a video file:
1 - log in to the administrator
2 - open the Thai and English translation page
3 - I don't touch anything
4 - I close the tabs
5 - the first Thai page changes to French language, but not the english version.
you can check with wp log viewer, I haven't touched anything
I logged out, I'm waiting for your return

OK, that's a different issue. I don't want to have this thread become very long with a mix of different issues like the previous one, so I will split this thread again to handle the front page problem in a separate thread.
It seems like the issue we handled here—the Headline block not showing the translated text—is fixed.
I'll mark this as awaiting your reply, and you can wait a few days in case this same problem re-occurs, in which case we can resume discussing that specific problem here.
