[Resolved] Translated strings not appearing on tranlated pages
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are experiencing issues where English strings are still appearing on the French version of your page, despite having translated them. Solution: We have reviewed your translations and confirmed that you have correctly used the Advanced Translation Editor for translating the strings. It appears that the translations are displaying correctly on the frontend of your site. If you're still seeing English strings, we recommend clearing your site's cache and ensuring that all translations are published and not in draft status. Additionally, double-check that the language settings are correctly configured to display the French translations for your audience.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please visit our known issues page to check for any related problems. Ensure you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the translated pages on my site, hidden link, display correctly in French. I have followed the getting started guides and translated the missing strings. I also ran a scan for link targets.
This is the page we are looking at, which should not show any english text
Symptoms:
The translated page is showing English strings on the French version of the page.
Questions:
Why are English strings appearing on the French version of the page despite translating them?
What additional steps can I take to ensure all strings are translated correctly?
Something to add is that I have temporary admin credentials to share. I don't know if what I post here will appear to the public so I will refrain from sharing until I hear back, but they are ready to pass along 🙂
Adding to this after reading the original post that the full example URL was truncated. Here is the page: hidden link that matches the uploaded screenshot.
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
When I checked the translations at hidden link, I can see that you've already translated those strings using the Advanced Translation Editor, as shown in the attached screenshot. Additionally, it displays the correct translation on the frontend at hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot. I don't see anything wrong from my end here.
I can confirm as of yesterday morning before you logged in that the issue was still present, with no other website changes made between then, and your follow-up. I had checked the advanced translation editor and did not see those translated fields for the missing text when trying to track the issue myself. Can you share what you did when logging in and looking around that might have addressed this?
I agree with what you are sharing, where it seems to be appearing fine for us as well. Great to not have the problem anymore, but would be good to have an explanation and understanding of what went wrong for next time.
