The client is unable to see product variations on their website, only seeing an 'add to cart' button instead of options to choose variations.

2. Navigate to WPML >> Taxonomy Translation.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to publish products with variations on my website. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the possibility to choose product variations, but instead, I only got the 'add to cart' button.

Questions:
Why can't I see the product variations on my website?
How can I enable the option to choose product variations?

I tried to do same actions as previous ticket regarding this issue : https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translated-product-doesnt-get-variations/#post-17277447

Here is a screenrecording of my process :

But it doesn't work

Thanks for sharing the details and video. I checked the same product on the staging site and it shows the size attributes correctly (see attached screenshot). I also tested a few other products but couldn’t reproduce the same issue.

If this happens only on the live site, please try these steps:

1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.
2. Go to the WPML >> Taxonomy Translation.
3. Select the Product Size attribute.
4. Press the "Synchronize attributes and update product variations" button if it's enabled.
5. Clear all site/server/CDN caches

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you
