Hi, I am still stuck with an inactive status under "Manage credits for Automatic Translation" and my client is in a hurry for translating a significant number of posts. |

Hello. Thanks for reaching out. While one of my colleagues gets assigned to this ticket, I have done some preliminary analysis, and indeed I see that your sitekey and your site are disconnected from our Advanced Translation Editor service, so I can see your credits (they are not lost), but they are detached from your site. I am involving the right people to get this sorted out, and we might need to request some extra information from you, but while this happens, I wanted to let you know that we are aware of your problem and working on it. Regards. |

Hello, Can you tell me if you recently migrated your site and if so from what domain to what domain? I'd like to send the credits to the correct place but as my colleague mentioned your sitekey is not connected to any domain on our end so I'm not sure to what domain send the credits to in the meantime. Let me know and I'll add them right away. |

Hello Cedric, My name is Olexander, and I’m a developer from the ATE team. I reviewed your case personally and I understand how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience. I checked your setup in detail and found the reason for the Inactive status. Your site hidden link appears to have been copied from hidden link and also moved from another WPML account previously registered under cedric@parker-lewis.fr. Because of that, the migration was most likely not completed correctly. The most likely issue is that the site was set as an Alias Domain instead of completing the full migration flow. In that case, the site key and credits can appear assigned in wpml.org, but the site itself is not properly registered in our system, which is why it remains Inactive. To fix this, please follow this guide step by step: Once the migration is completed correctly, the site should become active and the assigned credits should be available for automatic translation. If you prefer, I can also help guide you through the process. Best regards, |

Hello Cedric, No problem at all, and thank you for the update. I’ve now granted access to the Google Doc, so you should be able to open it. Please try the steps whenever convenient, and let me know how it goes. If you run into any difficulty, I’ll be happy to help further. Best regards, |

Hi Olexander, Unfortunately I don't have the Alias Domain section in WPML > Support. Do I need to activate it in modifying the DB or with another action ? Best Regards, |

Would it be possible to have access to your site so we can check what's going on and have it fixed? I have activated the fields for that so you should see them in your next reply. |

Hello Cedric, Thank you for your message. You do not need to modify the database or enable anything manually. I investigated this further on our side and found the real reason why the migration banner was not appearing. There was an internal fingerprint status incorrectly marked for your site, and I have now corrected it. Because of this fix, you should now see the migration banner in your WordPress admin. Please check again and let me know if the banner is now visible. Once it appears, simply follow the migration steps. At the end of the process, you will be asked to enter the correct site key, and this should properly activate the site and make your credits available. If anything does not work as expected, just reply here and I will help immediately. If you prefer, I can also guide you through the steps or review the setup with temporary access. As another option: if you no longer plan to use hidden link, I may also be able to simplify the setup from our side by reusing the existing registration. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are already working on improving this whole migration flow, and upcoming versions will make the process much more automatic and easier. Best regards, |

Hello Cedric, Thank you for your patience. I reviewed everything in detail and have now manually corrected the setup on our side. Your website is now properly connected, and the credits have been correctly assigned. Everything should now be working normally, so you can go ahead and start using automatic translation. Please take a quick look when you have a moment and confirm that everything appears correct on your side. If you have any further questions or need help with anything else, feel free to contact us anytime. Best regards, |
