This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate a page on their website but is encountering issues with incorrect spacing in the translation. The expected URL for the translated page does not display the content with the correct spacing.
Solution:
1. We recommended checking the errata related to line breaks being ignored in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). For more details, visit https://wpml.org/errata/line-breaks-are-ignored-when-using-the-advanced-translation-edior/.
2. If using the ATE, ensure to open the translation and look for the gear icon in the top right corner of the editor to access additional settings.
3. If using the Classic Translation Editor, check the HTML tab for any missing

<br>

tags that might be causing spacing issues.
4. If the issue persists, we may need temporary access to the site to further diagnose the problem. Before providing access, ensure a full backup of the site and database is taken, using tools like the Duplicator plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page on my website. The issue can be seen at hidden link. I expected the translated page to be hidden link.

Symptoms:
The page is not translated with the corrected spaces.

Questions:
Why is the page not translating correctly?
How can I fix the translation spaces issue?

Workaround 1 didnt solve the issue.
And around 2 is not possible because in that page there is no gear icon

For workaround #2, make sure to click on your translation in order to open the ATE editor, once in the ATE editor at the top right there will be a gear icon.

This is the classic translation editor, I was under the impression you were using the advanced translation editor.

In this case, please review the HTML tab, do you see any </br> tags missing from the translation ?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
