Background of the issue:
I have translated all elements on the homepage of my website hidden link, including headings, button text, pop-ups linked to comparison buttons, listing items, and all player profiles in my custom post type.

Symptoms:
When I switch the page to French on the front end, only the 'Centre' players are displayed correctly in the translation.

Questions:
What could be causing the issue where only 'Centre' players are displayed in French, despite having translated all elements on the page?
Can you provide guidance on how to ensure all elements are displayed in French as intended?

Hi Kor,
The SSL issue has been fixed.

When you previously de-activated all the plugins, this actually removed the content that is part of my query above.

I had to re-do the pages, so would appreciate if there is a way to try and resolve without doing this again.

Are you able to clone the site to another staging URL? That way I could troubleshoot the Website without interrupting your production site.

Thank you for your response.

Upon reviewing the French language player post, I noticed that the options were not completely copied over. I manually edited this page at hidden link and it now displays correctly on the frontend at hidden link.

This issue may be related to the errata outlined here: https://wpml.org/errata/jetengine-profile-builder-options-not-applied-in-second-language/. Could you please provide FTP access so that I can test the workaround?

I don't know how to create FTP access.

Are you able to test by editing the code on the staging site via the installed WP file manager plugin?

I've noticed that you've implemented the workaround outlined in this errata https://wpml.org/errata/jetengine-profile-builder-options-not-applied-in-second-language/ on your website.

Now, all that's left to do is to resynchronize the profiles using the method demonstrated in this screen recording hidden link
