I am trying to maintain translations on my website hidden link. The translations on some pages keep reverting from Dutch to the original English version.

As I can see from your reply, you are probably translating page content via WPML String translation, which is not correct. For pages built with Divi, you need to send them for translation from WPML > Translation management and then translate them in WPML editor, as explained in our docs:
