I am trying to: enable viewing of Spanish translated glossary pages

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link vs. hidden link

I expected to see: The page as translated using WPML

Instead, I got: redirected to the English version of the site. This additionally occurs for every translated entry in our Glossary (viewable in EN at hidden link and ES at hidden link).

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I see that glossary's individual pages are translated like:

- hidden link
- hidden link

Can you please confirm if the main page hidden link is also translated completely to Spanish? For example there's the pencil icon instead of a +, circular arrows or gear icon. If that's the case then please click the icon, complete the translation and check again.

If this doesn't help, can you please try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

Then:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.
