Problem:
The client was unable to translate the tab title in the Woodmart theme for WooCommerce on a single product page.
Solution:
We located the string under 'Admin Texts Translation'. We recommend you navigate to WPML → String Translation to translate the necessary string. For detailed guidance, you can refer to our documentation on String Translation.

I cannot find this widget translate, anyone can help.

I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
