[Resolved] WPML AI translation engine not showing in option panel

Problem: You are trying to select the WPML AI translation engine in the option panel, but it is not appearing. Instead, only DEEPL, GOOGLE, and MICROSOFT options are visible. Solution: If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend creating a new support ticket. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Welcome to the WPML support forum. Before passing this thread to my colleague, I would like to share some suggestions and possible solutions for the issues you mentioned.
Please try the following steps after a full site backup {mandatory} and check if there is any difference in the result.
1) Visit WPML>>Settings>>Translation Editor
2) Choose *Classic Translation Editor* option and save the changes
3) Refresh the page
4) Choose the *Advanced Translation Editor* option again, and save the changes
5) Refresh the page
If the issue exists, please visit WPML>>Languages>>Site Languages, click on the *Edit Languages* link, and share a screenshot of the *Edit Languages* page.
