Problem: You are using WPML and ACF and are trying to automatically translate texts from the ACF options pages but cannot find how to do so. Solution: As of ACFML 2.2.0 (released February 2026) it is now possible to automatically translate ACF Options Pages from the Translation Dashboard. Sorry, currently it’s not possible to translate the ACF options pages automatically. You should be able to translate it manually by following the below steps:
1. Open the ACF options page in the default language.
2. Switch to secondary language using admin language switcher.
3. Translate it manually and press the save/update button.

Unfortunately, it's not possible. An ACF options page isn't technically treated as a regular page hidden link">in your database. As a result, it always needs to be translated manually and cannot be automatically translated like a standard post or page.
