The site is hosted in Cloudways. I switched the site back and forth from staging to production (having two different urls) and now I'm facing the above error.

Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

There's a big chance that what you are seeing is a false-positive that remained in the server caching and the notification will be removed automatically when the cache will automatically clear on its own.

To check if that's a false positive, go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial > click the "check for updates" button and if the page refreshes and WPML is still showing as registered, then yes, that is just a false positive.

Please let us know how that goes.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Following your test seems a false positive, what's the meaning of the two different URLs in the installer instances where the first is flagged green and the second no? (see the attached screenshot)

Hi there.

That's great news then, things seem to be working correctly and this notice is caused by cache.

The two URLs that you shared are coming from 2 separate plugins: WPML and Toolset Types.

I am not 100% sure why one has a check and one doesn't, this is probably more on the dev/technical side.

Unless you don't see an issue with the Toolset Types plugin running correctly, you don't have to worry about that either.

Have a lovely rest of the day!
