We are currently exploring ways to pilot the automatic translation capability within our company and are reviewing our current WPML setup.
While comparing plans, we noticed that we already have an Agency plan, but it appears to be a legacy version. Since we would like to use features such as the PTC translation engine and other advanced capabilities, we would like to clarify a few points:
- Can our current (legacy) Agency plan access the same functionality as the new Agency plan?
- Are there any feature limitations or exclusions we should be aware of (beyond the included credits)?
Regarding translation credits:
- We understand that the new Agency plan includes 180,000 credits - are these a one-time allocation or renewed annually?
- Can credit bundles be combined flexibly as needed?
- Do purchased credits expire, or are they available until fully used?

Since you are currently on an older subscription plan, the mentioned credits are not included. To receive these credits as part of your renewal, you will need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the new plan.
