This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was updating their website when they encountered a conflict between WPML and BetterDocs Pro, causing the website to stop functioning.
Solution:
We identified that the error originates directly within the BetterDocs Pro plugin. We recommend updating all WPML plugins to the latest version, specifically to version 4.7.3, as this may resolve the issue. If the problem persists after updating, we advise contacting the developer of BetterDocs Pro, as they might already have a solution to this error. Please let us know the outcome.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I was trying to update my website, but after the update, the website stopped working due to a conflict WPML with BetterDocs. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The whole website stopped working and shows a mistake, see attached a screenshot.

Questions:
What caused the conflict with WPML after the update?
How can I resolve the issue to get my website working again?

Спасибо! Да, это именно то, что нужно. Ошибка действительно возникает в самом плагине BetterDocs Pro. Я проверил наши записи, но не обнаружил ничего на данный момент, что может помочь в решении ошибки.

Также хочу обратить внимание, что у Вас установлены не самые последние версии плагинов WPML. Если Вы ещё не обновляли их до версии 4.7.3, настоятельно рекомендую это сделать — возможно, это обновление решит проблему.

Если после обновления проблема сохранится, пожалуйста, свяжитесь также с разработчиком плагина BetterDocs Pro. Как я уже упоминал, ошибка происходит непосредственно в его коде, и у них, возможно, уже есть решение.

Дайте мне знать о результатах.
