Hello WPML Support Team, We are currently experiencing an issue with the Advanced Translation Editor. Since then, the Advanced Translation Editor throws the following error: "AMS API returned false" For clarity, we have already: The error persists. We are concerned about losing our existing Translation Memory, as a significant amount of translation work has already been completed using Pay-As-You-Go credits. Thanks for sharing. I installed a local copy of your website, to check for conflicts, but I cannot login. I mirror the link you sent locally, it returns a 404, or redirects me to the live website. The regular wp-admin URL also does not work. To be able to verify the issue and test solutions, I need you to please create a staging (testing) copy of your website on the same server, so I can check for causes and solutions without harming the live website. You can use a plugin to achieve that, or reach out to your hosting support, ad they might be able to help you creating a staging website. Please send me the link to it here, when you are done. Thank you for the cooperation on this matter. You can keep the same user you've already shared on staging, so I can access it directly. |

Heya, the instance I've shared with you is already a testing instance. hidden link I will leave this instance alone for know. Please let me know once you're finished inspecting the issue at hand. The Error Logs still show: Datum Ereignis Beschreibung WPML-Auftrags-ID ATE Auftrags-ID Zusätzliche Daten And ATE Translations can not be completed. Thank you for your help. It is quite crucial for us to get this project working. |

Hello, I apologize, but the website crashed again. I reproduced the issue, and wanted to check for conflicts. I deactivated all plugins except: WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, the Advanced Custom Fields (Pro and Extended, and also WPML's ML extension). Can you please activate only the necessary plugins, so the website does not crash? Thank you for your patience and cooperation. |

Hello there, Thank you. The issue was apparently caused by non matching ATE IDs. Our dev fixed it, and the translations should now work. I'm still checking about the Translation Memory and will let you know. |
