I’m experiencing an issue with the tabs on my website.

When the language is set to Arabic, the tabs are not displaying at all. However, when switching to English, everything appears and works normally.

It seems like the issue is specific to the Arabic version only.

Could you please check what might be causing this and help resolve it?

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. When the chat was redirected to human support, it went to a ticket as there was no human support for chat at that moment.

The ticket reply time is longer than a chat.

I checked your conversation and the plugin list and found out that you use the "Custom Product tabs for WooCommerce" plugin for the products tabs.

WPML is not compatible with that plugin:

https://wpml.org/plugin/custom-product-tabs-for-woocommerce/

Also, it has been removed from the WordPress repository for security reasons.

Two alternatives that I can suggest:

https://wpml.org/plugin/woocommerce-product-tabs/

https://wpml.org/plugin/woocommerce-ultimate-tabs/

Why are the previous products working fine, but the new products are not?
If the issue is caused by the plugin, then all products should be affected, not just the new ones.

Hi,

There might be inconsistencies but as the plugin in question is not supported and we confirm that it is not compatible, we will not be able to delve into possible issues.

When a plugin is marked as not compatible, it means our compatibility team did their best to fix issues and tried to contact the plugin developer and there was no answer from their wbsite.

This plugin has another red flag, which is that it has a security alert from WordPress and it is removed from the plugins list.

We will not be able to give support for such a plugin and we recommend that you remove that plugin and use a plugin that is listed in WordPress and compatible wth WPML.
