Why are the previous products working fine, but the new products are not?
If the issue is caused by the plugin, then all products should be affected, not just the new ones.
There might be inconsistencies but as the plugin in question is not supported and we confirm that it is not compatible, we will not be able to delve into possible issues.
When a plugin is marked as not compatible, it means our compatibility team did their best to fix issues and tried to contact the plugin developer and there was no answer from their wbsite.
This plugin has another red flag, which is that it has a security alert from WordPress and it is removed from the plugins list.
We will not be able to give support for such a plugin and we recommend that you remove that plugin and use a plugin that is listed in WordPress and compatible wth WPML.
