This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client noticed that their products were suddenly showing as "Waiting for translation" or "Refreshing translation status" despite having used auto-translation with 90,000 credits. They were unsure why the translations were not showing and what happened to the credits.

Solution:
We confirmed that the 90,000 credits had been used to translate products and that the translations should be visible on the frontend, for example, on the product page provided. We advised the client to check the Automatic translation usage reports for details on the used credits and product URLs by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab > Automatic translation usage reports > Download the report.

We also mentioned that 90,000 credits might not be sufficient to translate 936 products into two languages and suggested that the client add more prepaid credits or opt for the Pay As You Go subscription to translate additional content. For more information on automatic translation pricing, we provided a documentation link: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi! I enabled auto-translation of the site and that was going great. There were 90 000 credits included when I purchased WPML. And I think the auto-translation (of the products) completed the other day, but now there are no translation of the products available all of a sudden?

But i did not change any of the products, so I am wondering what happened to all the done translations?

Almost all the products are now "Waiting for translation" or "Refreshing translation status" and is stuck there with the spinning "wheel" for all languages..

I don't really understand what happened, but I am realtively new to WPML. Did I do something wrong or what happenend with all the 90 000 translation credits?

Hi Ingar,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

Checking on our server, I see 90k credits are used to translate products on your site and they are delivered completely. For example hidden link
that means you can see the translation in the frontend.

You can go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab > Automatic translation usage reports > Download the report to see the used credits and product URLs.

Regarding the "Waiting for translation" status, I think 90k credits isn't enough to translate 936 products from Norwegian to 2 second languages English and Polish. Please add more prepaid credits to your site to translate the remaining products or use the Pay As You Go subscription to translate more content.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
