Background of the issue:
I started and paid for the automatic translation for the page in Italian and English using WPML. The pages are created in IT and EN as drafts on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I try to open the translated pages with Elementor, the page doesn't load and suggests activating 'safety mode'. After activating safety mode, all containers are empty or missing.

Questions:
Why are the translated pages not loading properly in Elementor?
How can I resolve the issue of empty or missing containers after activating safety mode?

Hi there,

Please try these steps:

- Open the page in WordPress Editor.
- Make a small adjustment(add a character or anything) in the Title and save the changes.
- Once you save the changes, you will notice a translation update beside the English language.
- Click on the Update icon and complete the translation fully.

I also noticed that the memory limit allocated for your site is below the recommended limit. Could you please try increasing the WP Memory limit? It might also solve the Safe mode issue of Elementor.

Add this code to your wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/ Memory Limit /
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Paste it just before:

/ That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. /

See here for more information https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

Hi, I tried it, without success.

The translation of Unser Cafe in italian looks after clicking safety mode like in the screenshot attached.

Thank you for updating me!

Did you recently migrate your site from a live environment to a staging one possibly?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.

(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,

Bobby
