Problem:
The client was experiencing a 'Connection Error. Please wait a minute and reload this page. If the problem continues, please contact WPML support.' error while trying to translate pages on their website using WPML.
Solution:
We redefined the AI Engine and performed some default troubleshooting steps, which resolved the error. We asked the client to verify if the error persists. If it does, we suggested trying to send the content for translation regardless and to inform us if the issue continues.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
