Updating WPML plugins to the latest versions has caused an unexpected 'bug' or error. Our $20 coupon, which is supposed to trigger when a user adds a roundtrip service to their cart, is no longer being applied at checkout.

Could there be some field that needs to be translated again for the coupon to show up? Is it related?

Hello,

Before we take any further steps, please take a backup of your site and database.

Then go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab) and click "Check for WPML Updates".

Now run the latest available updates for WPML and any activated addon.

Further, please update the Divi Theme and other plugins that are currently active on your site.

If the updates will not solve the issue, please let me know and I will be glad to assist you.
