Problem:
The client wishes to downgrade their WPML subscription from "Agency" to "Multilingual CMS" as they only use WPML on two websites.
Solution:
We informed the client that we cannot directly downgrade or upgrade subscriptions. The client can allow their current subscription to expire and then purchase the new desired subscription. However, it's important to note that the current "Agency" subscription is at a discounted renewal rate. If the client opts for a new "Multilingual CMS" subscription, it will cost 99 euros/year without any discounted renewals. We recommend checking related known issues (https://wpml.org/known-issues/), verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
