This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client installed WPML on their website, and there was a conflict between the WPML String Translation plugin and Elementor, causing the content of a page not to display in the live version.
Solution:
We requested the client to provide debug information and enable debug mode by adding specific code to their wp-config.php file. After reviewing the site, we identified that the issue was due to a specific bug with an image in the 6th item of the toggle widget on the page. We resolved the issue by removing and re-adding the image. We also provided a video demonstration of the fix process, which can be viewed here: https://www.loom.com/share/7782a06227044242ac06f1c59b2d576b.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.

I just installed WPML on my client's website, and there is a conflict between the string translation plugin and Elementor
The content of one of the pages is not displaying in live version

Elementor said they just released an update and that probably WPML didn't adapt yet

Hello Alexia,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello Alexia,

I apologize for delay in testing the credentials.

I had a long power outage here that caused me some delayed responses.

I tested the credentials you shared and it said that the user doesn't exist, I also tried using my email and it said it doesn't exist in the site.

Can you please review it? I'm enabling the private fields again for you to share new connection details if needed.

Thank you!

Hello there,

I checked it and it looks like the issue happens due to a specific bug with an image available in the 6th item of the toggle widget in the page.

Removing it from the page and re-adding it fixed the issue on my end.

I recorded a video showing the process: hidden link

Can you please test it in the live site to make sure it fixes it in there as well?

Best,
Mateus
