Background of the issue:
I am in the middle of fixing an issue with one of your Support Workers, Osama. I was trying to continue the chat with support but found that I can't add the access details requested. There is no link or answer window in our chat. URL: hidden link

Symptoms:
No possibility to answer the thread or continue the chat with support.

Questions:
How can I continue the chat with support?
Why is there no link or answer window in our chat?
