We had a search and filter plugin, that has 2 filters setup.
Once WPML setup, and WPML WooCommerce plugins activate, I do not have access to the filters i used to have.
But in this filter listing, i do see 2 of ten being counted but they are not listed in the listing. hidden link
I did also check in wpml settings, -> troubleshooting, synchronize the search and filter posts taxonomies, i did also cleared WPML cache,

I understand your concern. Nonetheless, let me explain how I'll proceed in this case, perhaps that can work out for you.
I'll log in to the live website, install Duplicator Pro and create a copy excluding media and other large files. We usually can reach less than 1GB copies, which take only a few minutes to get built. Besides that, we won't make any changes on your website. Just install Duplicator, create the copy, and delete the plugin afterwards.
We unfortunately don't offer live support via calls, so having a local copy with the issue is the best way to proceed here. Let me know.
