I encountered the issue “Your site doesn't meet WPML's minimum requirements,” even though all required WPML plugins are already installed and active. However, WPML still does not recognize them correctly, as shown in the screenshot.

This issue may be caused by IP blocking from the Wordfence security plugin, which could be preventing WPML from accessing the required REST API endpoints.

Therefore, I would like to kindly request the origin IP addresses used by WPML, so I can whitelist them in Wordfence and test whether this resolves the issue.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi,

Could you please check this answer first?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/your-site-doesnt-meet-wpmls-minimum-requirements-issue-with-price-in-translated-products/#post-17606679

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please review this one as well:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/your-site-doesnt-meet-wpmls-minimum-requirements-issue-with-price-in-translated-products/#post-17634179

Despite the warning about minimum requirements, this is a false positive in most cases—especially if visiting the URL returns a valid REST API test endpoint response, such as:

{"success":true,"data":{"status":"valid","get_parameters":"valid"}}

This issue does not affect WPML functionality and is scheduled to be permanently resolved in WPML 4.9. The first workaround has already been included in version 4.9.0-b.2 (see the changelog here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-multilingual-cms/?section=changelog). I don’t have an exact release date for the final version, but it will possibly be released in January.
