[Closed] I have some problems to translate custom post types

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate custom post types on my site hidden link using WPML. I am following the wpml Documentation.

Symptoms:
When I go to Translation management, I don't see any custom post type there.

Questions:
Why are custom post types not appearing in Translation management?
