Background of the issue:
I am trying to use mouse over cards for members and groups in BuddyBoss, but they are not working in another language.
Symptoms:
The mouse over cards are not available in another language and display 'Failed to load data.'
Questions:
Why are the mouse over cards not working in another language?
How can I fix the 'Failed to load data' error for translated mouse over cards?

Hi Paola,
That's great news – thank you! It’s so simple.
Do you think I should inform BuddyBoss about this?
It should also work with a trailing slash, right?
