[Resolved] Layout difference in identical sites

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
RTL was not working on Hebrew pages so the page direction/design was broken.

Solution:
Deactivate WooCommerce One Page Checkout plugin and use an alternative plugin.

Upon further troubleshooting I found that the plugin "WooCommerce One Page Checkout" is causing the issue on the site.

After I deactivated the plugin the HTML RTL was added and Hebrew translations started working in RTL.

I see you are using an older version of the "WooCommerce One Page Checkout" plugin so I recommend you to first update the plugin to it's latest version along with all other plugins and theme on the site and see if that fixes the issue.
