Background of the issue:
I am trying to have our main top menu display in all languages on our website. Currently, it is only showing in English, but it is fully translated. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link and hidden link

Symptoms:
The main top menu is not displaying in languages other than English, despite being fully translated.

Questions:
Why is the main top menu not displaying in languages other than English?
How can I ensure the menu appears in all translated languages?

While one of my teammates is handling your ticket, I’d like to ask you a few questions.

Could you please share more details about how you created your menu?
It would be helpful if you could upload screenshots showing both the menu creation process and how it was translated.

Hi,

I'll continue to help you with this issue.

You have added the menu using the Max Mega Menu: hidden link. I'm sorry, but this plugin is not officially compatible with WPML and we've already had quite a few reports about it. For example, please see this ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/setup-translation-of-mega-menu/. I can also see in our internal documentation that our compatibility team has tried to contact the developers of this plugin to cooperate with them on making their plugin compatible, but they didn't respond. The responsibility for the problem is on them. They also published a guide on using their plugin with WPML: hidden link. I can make an effort and check things on your site to see if I can help. But if not, please consider contacting them about it.

Hi,

As I explained, you'd better contact them for help with this issue. The fact that it worked in the past and does not work now probably means that something broke with a recent update of the plugin. I'm unsure if I can help, but I'm willing to check things on your site. You have chosen not to share access with me. If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.
