Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my Global Button 'Request Now' on my website. The button is located in the menu global section at the top of the page. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The button text remains in English and I am unable to find where to translate it.

Questions:
How can I add the translation for the 'Request Now' button?
Where can I find the option to translate this button text?

Thanks for your patience. I've gone through your conversation with our AI support and I'd need to check your Website backend to see how this button is created.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your patience. To translate theme option strings, you'll need to search for the strings in the admin text translation.

1. Navigate to WPML > String Translation

2. Scroll down to Utilities > Admin Text Translation

3. Search for the string and click "Add to String Translation"

4. Translate the strings in String Translation.

I've shared a screen recording here for your reference hidden link

Thanks for your reply.

I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

So, I've split the ticket here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-translate-the-filter-dropdown/ so that we can follow up regarding the translation issue with the dropdown filter.

As for this ticket, you can mark it as resolved.
