Background of the issue:
This morning I set up the dev site that was on a sub-domain to the root. I had some issues but recently set up the WPML Media Translation add-on to make the French version of my site work. My new website is now at: hidden link.
Symptoms:
WPML has detected a change in my site's URL. I cannot change the translations inside WordPress, likely because I'm unable to add the WPML Key on my new root website.
Questions:
How can I resolve the issue of WPML detecting a change in my site's URL?
Why am I unable to add the WPML Key on my new root website?
Why can't I access the Translations in the Pages?
I can see an old registration of hidden link. However, as far as I can tell, you are using the latest site key from your wpml.org account. If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.
