Hi there. 1. Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleagues, can you please elaborate a bit more on this matter? Can you please explain what you are trying to accomplish, what are the exact steps that you are taking, what is not working and how would you expect to see things happening? Do you see any error messages? When I try to switch to EN, it says: "English version is currently unavailable, please select another language to order or try again later". Not sure if you manually set that up somehow. 2. Also, can you please enable the WordPress debug log? This will allow us to see if any PHP errors are being produced. More Info: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress In order to do that, edit the wp-config.php file inside your WordPress directory and insert the following lines: define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); Now please reproduce the issue once again. Locate the debug log in: /wp-content/debug.log Paste the content (if any) on a site like pastebin.com and then share the link here with us (only you and us will see the URL you are sharing). Hello, I managed to fix it and the site looks to be working. I don't know much about your plugin. A friend made it for me to translate the Vik rent car plugin - we added translation files. I manually translated the website into all languages. I would like to turn off the translation of pages that have now turned on - I don't know what I pressed wrong. I just want it to translate plugins for me. What settings should I choose in the plugin? |

Hi there. I am happy to hear that the initial issue has been resolved. I am not 100% sure about the new issue that you mentioned but you might be referring to setting WPML to automatically translate everything. Please go to WPML > Settings > and select "Translate what you choose": In case you have issues, please create new tickets for each unique issue. One issue per ticket. Per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
