Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. I will try to answer the question before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

As you did not specify, which section of the website is not translated, I have a problem identifying the issue so if you could give more information or a specific scenario, it would be great to understand the problem.

I checked the front end of the website and I saw for example, in Korean everything is in Korean and there is no problem except a section that was an image:

The reason that you see the image in English is that the text itself is added inside the image and not as a separate text on the website.

You can simply install the WPML media translation plug-in to be able to upload a Korean version of those images, and then the Korean version will show the proper language.

If you have other places where the website is not translated, please give me the details so I or one of my colleagues be able to pinpoint the issue.

Thank you

In my WPML translation management, the Elementor Header template and the Elementor archive template are always displayed in the translation, circling, instead of being a green translation success icon like the rest of the content

Hello There!
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're facing. From the screenshot, I can see that the automatic translation is active on your site. The translation process could be interrupted/stuck due to reasons like insufficient translation credits or synchronization issues, etc and as a result, the translation is not getting completed.

According to the information in our system, I can see an active pay-as-you-go subscription is active for the credits, so you shouldn’t experience issues with translating content automatically in bulk.

Please follow these steps to see if they help in solving the translation issue.

- Please go to "WPML > Settings"
- Change the Translation mode to "Translate what you choose"
- Once done, go to `WPML > Support > Troubleshooting`.
- Click on the following buttons:

-- Cancel in-progress automatic jobs [Scroll down to see this button]
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Fix element_type collation
-- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
-- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
-- Assign translation status to duplicated content
-- Set language information
-- Fix post-type assignment for translations

- Once done, go to "WPML > Settings"
- Switch the translation mode to "Translate Everything Automatically" and set it to translate all content on your site.
- Edit the default template and make a small update. After that, proceed to update the translation. If automatic translation is active for the template, it should update the translation automatically.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi There!
Thank you for the update!

As the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

Hi There!
I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delayed response; it was due to the weekend and holiday.
Thank you for sharing the login information. After reviewing the ATE error log, I found the following error:

Call to a member function get_main_id() on null /home/customer/www/relenso.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/core/utils.php:81

We are aware of this issue, which primarily prevented the automatic translation from being completed. I applied the workaround mentioned in the Errata below and triggered the automatic translation which was completed without any issues. Please see this screenshot for reference: hidden link

Please try sending the Archive and Header templates for automatic translation again. You should no longer encounter any issues.

I hope this helps! Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or need clarification. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
