The support rep noticed that the site's REST API was disabled. This was due to their hosting plan (Managed WordPress). They have since migrated to a new hosting plan, and the REST API seems to be running.
Also—in the Admin/Dashboard, I am receiving this notice from WPML:
WPML detected a new address for this site
Looks like this site was previously at hidden link and now it’s at hidden link.
Do you still have the same site running at hidden link?
There are two options, Yes or No. Unsure which to select? The No option is the most applicable (No/I changed the address of the site to this new one). But when I select, WPML issues this warning that I'm wary of. Please advise!
