1) Can you please check what happened for your client, if any message appeared and if the issues still happen?
2) Do you have a user account you can use to test and confirm this issue happens? That way we can also use the same account to test and see what goes wrong.
We would need more info on the issue or an example of how can we check the issue, or some images/video of the issue to see what happened.
