Background of the issue:
I am trying to set different images for each language using Media Translation in WPML. However, some images have not changed and are still showing the default language image (English). You can see the issue on this page: hidden link when you switch to the Kannada language.
Symptoms:
The translated media image is not showing; it's displaying the original image instead.

How can I fix the issue of translated media images not appearing correctly?
