Hi Drazen,

The problem is not only with the font. If you would go to the website and switch between the english and the dutch translation, you can see that the english page gives an error 404. Please see the following screenrecord for further reference: hidden link

I appears that the navigation and the style to it is a bit lost and it needs some reconfiguration.

The issue has quite some urgency as this as it also affects the Dutch lanuage design.

Hello,

as for your EN homepage 404, I suggest checking next:

- make sure homepage is translated and pencil icon is showing
- make sure translated page is published nad not in draft ( Pages > All > English language > Find the page and check)
- Go to Settings > Reading and make sure homepage is correctly set
- Go to Enfold theme option and make sure you have set the same settings / options for both languages, I am not 100% sure, but I think there are some homepage-related settings.

Hi Drazen,

All those settings have been checked and should be functioning normally. I have had support in the past, where I needed to reset a whole lot of options. Perhaps you could check that ticket out to see what the steps were I needed to do. However, the issue is not only a EN homepage, as seen in the video it is still a problem.

One addition. The problem only exists when I am logged out of the website. I have flushed my WP Rocket cache multiple times, including purging the specific URL's but to no avail.

I am not sure do you mean an issue with the navigation difference that happens also on Dutch or an issue with the EN homepage not working? Please confirm so we are on same topic.

I have opened this ticket for an issue with the EN homepage not working, and as for the issue with the Dutch website having issue, as I have said that is your default language, you can disable the WPML plugin and I am sure the same issue will happen. You need to setup a Dutch website yourself, as this is most likely not caused by WPML. You can confirm this by deactivating WPML.

Hi Drazen,

We have set up a Dutch website. That is our default. The problem is, when switching between languages on the homepage for example, the english site gives an error 404, while the design for dutch and english are present. Then, on experiences, the language toggle is also not working as intended as the flags should be replaced by 2 strings that visitors can toggle between. The flags are now visible as well.

thanks for getting back.

As we limit 1 issue per 1 ticket, I would kindly ask you to concentrate and follow up on each ticket for each issue, then either open a new ticket for each new issue, or I recommend following my suggestion and trying to fix the issue one at the time, to keep these tickets and conversation understandable.

Please let me know how it goes and if you have checked what I suggested for the EN homepage 404 issue.

Hi Drazen,

I have checked your settings and the problem still remains for the error 404 message.
Please note, the issue only persists on logged out users (so incognito or any other vistor). As an admin, I don't see any errors.

that probably means you have page set as draft or not published.

Please share admin access and I will check it out for you, to speed things up.

Please make a backup before proceeding.

Hello,

I checked, and it seems it works just fine with the parent Enfold theme. I am not sure what changes have you made to the child theme or how it was created. I suggest consulting with the developer or person who created it, probably there is some code causing issues.

The page works and shows up fine with the Enfold theme, image attached.
