You said you have reverted all the "ville" strings to "city" and 'agent_city' as a test to solve the issue with the footer on french version. You said you were doing some further testing and will update me once you have feedback.
However, since your modifications, I noticed the footer of the french version of my website seems to work now. So thank you for your help on that!
I am also having an issue with that page hidden link on the french version. You can access it from the french version of my website, then click on "À propos" in the main menu.
The page in french that was created by WPML is not the same than the english version: visuals were affected and translations are missing and not showing in string translations.

Hello, Bobby is off for a few days so I am stepping in to help out. I took a look at the English link and compared it to the French link, but I'm not seeing the visual differences. Can you send me a screenshot of what specifically does not look correct in French so I can look into this further?

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. When I log in to your site, and edit the page hidden link, I don't see how you can edit the graph or data that is used to create the draft. How are you inserting the content into the actual page? Is there a template I should use? Also, how do you insert the listings into the page? I couldn't edit that content either.
Thank you for checking my ticket. I don't know, this came with Houzez theme... It's part of it, so it should be translated into french without affecting the visuals... I am not sure how I can help you.
I suggest reaching out to the theme and ask them where that content can be edited or where it is coming from. I will need to know that in order to determine how/where it should be translated. Perhaps it is coming from custom fields or a template?
I’m having trouble understanding why I’m being asked to contact the theme directly. As I mentioned earlier, both WPML and the Houzez theme advertise full compatibility, and the page in question came with the theme—it's not one I created after installation.
Would it be possible for you to reach out to Houzez directly to look into this with them?
The English version of my website is working perfectly, but the French version (created using WPML) is experiencing issues with visuals and other elements. Based on my understanding, the issue likely lies with WPML or could be a compatibility problem. However, I don’t believe this is something I should be responsible for addressing.

I understand the issue as you are explaining it. What I need to know is how that particular content is being added to that particular page. Once I have that information, I will be able to determine how to translate it. I cannot contact Houzzez author unless you are able to reproduce this content on a staging site. I am happy to provide a link where you can upload a copy of your theme and reproduce the issue. However, it would be much faster if you are able to tell me how to edit this content. For example, the graph that is not showing in translation - where to you get those percentages from? How do you display the graph on this particular page? Are y ou adding it into a template? do you put the percentages into a custom field? These are the more exact answers that I need to determine how to translate the content using WPML.
I have not made any modifications to your site. All I did was open the page to see how the content is edited. Since I couldn't edit it from there, I closed the page without any changes.
I will look forward to the reply from Houzez to figure out how to create and edit that content that is not being translated.
