Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue. Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it. === Please backup your database and website === ✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. Thank you |

Hi Noman, I'm so sorry. Of course I should make your role Administrator! I have just the role of WPML_Admin correctly. My apologies for causing this delay. All the best! |

Thanks for upgrading my user role. I noticed the "Remove Filter" text was added using Elementor. Strings added via page builders can be translated either with the WPML Translation Editor or the default WP editor. I tried translating it with the WPML Translation Editor, but the string wasn’t available. So, I followed these steps: 1. Added the following XML under WPML >> Settings > Custom XML Configuration section: <wpml-config> <elementor-widgets> <widget name="jet-smart-filters-remove-filters"> <fields> <field>remove_filters_text</field> </fields> </widget> </elementor-widgets> </wpml-config> 2. Opened the default language page for editing: 3. Made a small change to the title and updated the page to refresh the translation. 4. Removed the change and updated again. 5. Opened the German translation in WPML Advanced Translation Editor. 6. Added the translation and pressed the Complete translation button. Now, the translation appears correctly on the frontend. Could you please check and confirm? Thank you for your cooperation |

Wow Noman, that was quite a fix! Since you did it, I was also able to do the Spanish and Italian translations. I'm a little nervous about the complexity of the solution, but glad that you did it. Thanks for your help!! Tom G |
