<b>Background of the issue: </b>
I have 4 pages whose title has been translated on wordpress but when i save and i go to check the page, it looks like is not translated. I have the problem only with the japan language (the other languages are okay).
This is the list of pages with problems and the correct translation of each title: hidden link → blog = ブログ hidden link → news = ニュース hidden link → events = イベント hidden link → video = 動画
Please go to WPML->String Translation -> search for "blog" are you able to locate the title? If yes, verify that it is translated.
Also, at the bottom of the page click on "translate strings in admin screen" -> search for the title there as well, are you able to locate it? If yes, verify it has been added to the string translation.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
