Alex

Hi,

Please take a look at hidden link .
In the product boxes the price is translated correctly, but I do not know how to translate the "ab €". I need to show the correct currency here...

Thx!
Alex

Alex

PS and a second question: How can I translate variation names?
Cannot find them anywhere - and on the site it is locked (see screen).

Hello Alex,
I hope you're doing well.

I understand the issue you're having. Upon reviewing the page you provided, the pricing in the boxes appears to be added by a plugin called "Heatness Boxes" by EGM. Could you try deactivating this plugin to see if the currency then displays correctly for the WooCommerce products?

If the price displays correctly after deactivation, it may be necessary to examine the plugin's configuration or code to understand how it presents prices on the frontend and why the currency is shown in such a manner. Additionally, you might consider contacting the plugin's developer or support team for further help with this issue.

Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Regarding the issue with variation translation - Please be informed that the Variations added to the product can only be translated from the WPML Translation Editor. You'll see a lock icon if you try to edit the translated product manually, which indicates that the field is synced with the default product field.

If you added some variations to the product, at the time of translating the product, you'll see the variations in the translation editor. You can translate the variation from there.

If you have translated the product and variations from WPML Translation Editor and still not seeing the translated variation, could you please try the following and check if that helps?

- Please fully clear the caches from your site and browser. If the server-level caching is enabled, please clear them as well.
- Now, open the default product in WordPress Editor.
- resave the variations you have added
- Update the product and translation as well
- Now, go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" tab
- Select the Attribute that you've assigned to the product. Ensure that all the Attribute terms are translated.
- Scroll down and you'll see a button named "Synchronize Attributes". Click on that and wait till the Synchronization gets completed.

The issue with translated variations most of the time gets fixed after synchronizing the Attribute. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
