Hello WPML Support,

we are having a serious issue with the translated versions of our website.

After translating pages into other languages, the design is not displayed correctly compared to the original language. The translated pages are partially broken or visually inconsistent.

The main problems are:

colors are not the same as in the original page
spacing and margins are different
paddings are inconsistent
some layout elements do not match the original design
the translated versions do not look identical to the source page, although they should

This creates a major problem for us because the website looks professional in the original language, but the translated languages appear inconsistent and partly damaged.

We need the translated pages to keep the same design, styling, spacing, and visual structure as the original page.

Please check what is causing this issue and how to fix it properly.

This problem affects our timeline and we need a reliable solution as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Subject:
WPML translation issue: translated pages do not preserve original design

Message:
Hello WPML Support,

we are experiencing a major issue with WPML on our website.

When pages are translated into other languages, the translated versions do not preserve the original design correctly. The layout and styling are inconsistent compared to the source language.

We are seeing issues such as:

different colors
incorrect spacing
broken margins and paddings
inconsistent visual layout
translated pages not matching the original design structure

The original page looks correct, but the translated versions look partially broken or visually different. This should not happen, because the translated pages should maintain the same design as the original content.

Please investigate what is causing this behavior and provide a proper fix.

This issue is affecting our workflow and project timeline, so we need a solution urgently.

Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.

I kindly ask you to share a URL where the issue can be seen and that we can use as a reference. Also, please describe how the elements that are shown incorrectly, like colors and spacing, were set in the default language. This information will help us understand the issue and identify its cause.

You can attach screenshots or create a video using Loom or Kommodo and share the link in your next message.

Looking forward to your message,
Regards,
Carlos

Thanks, I've already solved the problem myself by adjusting everything manually. After several days without a response, we had no other choice.

I understand, and I'm glad you were able to find a solution.

Is there anything else I can help you with related to the translation of the site?
