Problem:
The client needs assistance with setting up translation-related plugins after installing WPML and is looking for video tutorials and live chat support options.
Solution:
We recommend starting with our Getting Started Guide. Additionally, you can find helpful video tutorials on our YouTube channel at WPML video tutorials.
If you prefer live chat support, please mark this ticket as resolved and then visit our support forum, select "Report a new issue." If there are available slots for live chat, you will be offered this option. If not, your request will automatically be converted into a support ticket. Please note that live chat has the highest availability from Monday to Friday during the European time zone, and availability may be reduced on weekends.

I am not sure if you had the chance to take a look at this getting started guide that we have available here:

I also recommend that you take a look over our video tutorials here:

If you prefer a live chat session instead of a support ticket, where someone will assist you live, you will need to mark this ticket as resolved and then go here (https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/) > select "Report a new issue."

If there are any empty spots in the live chat queue at that time, you will be offered that option. If no colleagues are available for live chat at that time, your request will automatically be turned into a support ticket. That is how the system works.

I would also like to inform you that the highest availability is from Monday to Friday, in the European time zone.

Also, please note that during the weekend, fewer people are available.
