In our WPML we can't find WPML -> Translation management . All WPML connected plugins are updated.

We can't install "Translate Everything Automatically" in Translation management

Hi,

To which page does the link to WPML (in the sidebar) go?

Can you please try accessing this path:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tm%2Fmenu%2Fmain.php

Let me know your results and we will move forward from there.

Best Regards,
Otto

When clicking on a link in the side menu, where Translation management should be, a page opens with a 404 error.

If we open your link then we see this error: "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Hi,

Thanks.

It's weird. Seems related to permissions, but all the admins should be able to reach the Translation Management page.

Please try these two things:

❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

1.
Update WPML and its add-ons

2.
** IMPORTANT ** Please try this in a staging environment or at least backup a working copy of site files and database before continuing.
Disable all plugins except WPML-related and then temporarily change the theme to a default WordPress such as Twenty Twenty-five.
With these settings, is the issue resolved?

Let me know your results.

Best Regards,
Otto
