Hello!

I'll help you out while a supporter takes your case.

Let's start by increasing your allowed WordPress memory: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/wp-config/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

Can you try that and then let me know if you notice a difference? It may not fix the problem but it's crucial for this step to be done initially before we move onto the others.

Also, if possible downgrade your PHP version to 8.1 given that the WordPress ecosystem is not fully compatible with yours at the moment so you're currently having a lot of silent notices that affect your performance.

Lastly, do you see our logo in the WP Admin toolbar as if something was running? If so, what does it tell you it's running?

Regards,

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us!

While you wait for one of my colleagues to take over your ticket, let me try to help you get started.

To better understand what’s causing the slowdown, please install the Query Monitor plugin and share the results for the admin area (backend) under these three conditions:

1. With your website running as it is now.

2. With WPML disabled.

3. With only WPML plugins active (all others temporarily disabled).

This comparison will help us see if the performance issue is related to WPML or something else.

Before doing this, please make sure to create a full backup of your site, or ideally, perform these tests on a staging site.
