Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the title of a WPBakery RadiantThemes accordion using WPML on my site hidden link. I added custom XML, but it is not working.

Symptoms:
The accordion title is not translated.

Questions:
Why is the custom XML not working for translating the accordion title?
