This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using WISDM Reports for course reports and encountered an issue where reports for courses in the secondary language (Estonian) are not being generated correctly. WISDM Labs identified that WPML is not producing the expected path, which is causing the problem.
Solution:
We asked the client to confirm if they are using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wisdm-reports-for-learndash/. We also requested more information about the specific issue with WPML's path generation. Additionally, we suggested that WISDM Reports developers might consider joining our Go-Global Program to work towards compatibility. We noted that LOCO Translator is typically used for translating themes and plugins, not for fixing path generation issues in WPML.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.

WE use wisdmreports for course reports. One moment we could not get the reports any more. After a long investigation WISDM Reports discovered that the problem is WPML which is not producing the expected path.

WISDM labs e-mail:

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you tell me if this is the plugin?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wisdm-reports-for-learndash/

Or something else?

Also can you provide me with a bit more information about "WPML which is not producing the expected path.", what exactly happens, what fails? Screenshots would help also.

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Yes, thats the plugin.

We have a multi language e-courses site. We need to get reports about who has finished the courses and done the tests. When getting the reports we will see information only from main language courses which is english. Secondary language (Estonian) courses are not reflected in reports results.

I see - can I ask you to send this link to their developers https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/, to see if they are interested into joining our program?

Because I see the plugin doesn't have many users among our clients and we have no reports on the matter. Also Learndash is very complex plugin so adding additional functionality only increases this complexity, that's why I suggest them to ask their developers if they are interested in working with us to achieve compatibility because we cannot code these things for them.

If I may add though, as far as I know Loco Translate is primarily designed for translating themes and plugins in WordPress, not for translating pages and posts. Its main functionality is to provide an easy interface to manage localization files (.po and .mo files) for themes and plugins. It would be a strange scenario in which this plugin should be installed to fix WPML path generation issue effectively.
