Problem:
The client was experiencing a 404 error when trying to access the vendor profile link on the Hebrew version of their site. The issue was due to the translation of the 'store' URL slug into Hebrew, which caused the link to break.
Solution:
We recommended the client to revert the translated 'store' slug back to its original English version. This change can be made using the WPML String Translation tool. We provided guidance on how to locate and correct the string in the WPML String Translation interface.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to link the vendor profile on the Hebrew version of my site - Product page. The English version works fine. Check the video: hidden link. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
Link to vendor profile sends the user to a 404 error page on the Hebrew version. The error is only on the Hebrew version. Instead of linking to the vendor profile page, it shows an error page: hidden link

Questions:
Why does the vendor profile link on the Hebrew version of my site lead to a 404 error page?
How can I fix the vendor profile link on the Hebrew version to work like the English version?

If i will use your sendbox to duplicte my site, google could scan it and unrate my main site and harm its rank.

Please refrain from importing content from your website into the sandbox site. Instead, could you install the necessary plugins and themes and create sample content to replicate the issue on our sandbox site?

Unfortunately, you can't upload the entire site to the staging site. Instead, you should recreate the issue by installing the necessary plugins and theme, and create some test posts there. Our sandbox site isn't designed to accommodate entire websites.

If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:

2. Consult WPML's instructions on providing supporters with a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.

You can see it on the senbox.
Its too complixe coz my site is big and we did lots of updates.

the sendbox not working same as my site and its take too long coz i can copy it as is to the sendbox.
